Yeah bro, classic stall tactics. They do that “doc not clear” BS just to drag it out and hope you give up. Had a similar ride with them last year—3 rounds of re-uploads before they finally paid. Took almost 3 weeks. Just stay on their neck and don’t let up. Keep us posted
