haven’t played on nine win myself, but i've seen mixed stuff around — some people got paid, others had delays or weird excuses. keep all your docs and convo logs saved just in case, and maybe try a test withdrawal first before requesting bigger chunks. fingers crossed they don’t pull anything shady. keep us posted!
