Emailed support every morning and night, hit the live chat with the same question daily, even tweeted @ them once. No threats, just persistence . After a week of that, the withdrawal magically cleared. I hate that it takes nagging to get your own money, but that’s what it came to. If you’re polite and quiet, they’ll just push you to the bottom of the pile
