32Red Withdrawal Times Are So Slow

I’m starting to get a bit concerned about how long it’s taking for withdrawals to process at 32Red.

I spoke to Live Chat, and they told me my withdrawal should hit my account by end of day Thursday—but here’s the problem: I made the withdrawal on Friday (31/01/2020) at 15:43, before the weekend. That’s a 4-5 working day wait, which seems excessive in today’s world.

Other casinos, like Sky Vegas, process withdrawals the next day without fail. With Faster Payments available, why is 32Red still taking this long?
 
That’s wild, I withdrew on a Wednesday and didn’t see the money until the following Tuesday. They act like it’s 2006 or something. No idea what tech they’re using but it ain’t “fast”

Yeah mate, I had a similar delay a few months back and it was ridiculous. I reached out to CS and they hit me with that classic “3-5 business days” copy-paste nonsense like that’s acceptable in 2025. What really got me was that I’ve withdrawn faster from crypto casinos in f***ing curacao. it’s just outdated processes or they’re dragging it on purpose to hold your funds? Either way, it’s trash customer experience, shouldn’t be this hard to get your own cash out

It’s not just the wait, it’s the way they act like you’re being unreasonable for even asking. I was super polite in chat and they still gave me attitude like I was demanding a miracle. I mean, I deposited instantly, no issues there. So why does it take a full damn week to send money back the same way? The inconsistency is what bugs me the most. If other casinos can do it in 24 hours or less, there’s literally no excuse

For real though, Sky Vegas, Paddy, and even some random Curacao joints get it to me within 24h. No excuse for these slow payouts in 2025
 
32Red used to be one of my faves, it had a user-friendly layout, promos were chill, slots loaded quick. But now try cashin’ out more than $100... First it’s “processing,” then “internal checks,” then “waiting for approval” — just delay after delay. And don’t even start on their email replies, slow as hell
 
Tbh I think they’re slowin’ it down on purpose. Probably sittin’ on the cash for a few days, makin’ some extra off it. Not illegal, but shady as hell

I can’t with these outdated systems, man. “Windows XP” honestly feels accurate because there’s no other way to justify how slow these transfers are. I get that they probably have manual review steps, but other UK casinos are out here paying people within a few hours max, and then you’ve got 32Red still taking 5 working days like it's totally normal. Either they’re short on staff or they’re stalling for financial reasons
 
Gave ’em one last shot last month, and payout took 4 fkn biz days. That was the final straw, I’m out for good. Moved to BetVictor, had my $$ in under 12h, no BS
 
Y’all just confirmed what I was already suspectin’. Turns out this ain’t some one-off issue, it’s a full on pattern.. Might bounce over to one of the faster sites until 32Red figures their s**t out

Exactly this. A nice user interface and a flashy website don’t mean jack when your backend is slow as hell. I care more about how quick I can get my money once I win than how shiny the homepage looks. And don’t forget, these delays aren’t just inconvenient—they’re intentional friction. If that’s not a predatory design, I don’t know what is

You’re probably not wrong. Holding onto funds for 3–5 days across thousands of players? That’s a tidy sum collecting interest

Same, heard BetVictor legit and gonna give it a go. Tired of these sites actin’ like we’re askin’ for a fkn loan just to get our own damn $ back
 
think I’m just gonna move on. They can keep their retro-ass payout system and slow-mo support team. Not worth the fkn headache anymore
