Been on 32Red for a long-ass time as a US player and it used to be decent. Games were hittin, payouts came quick, and they actually looked out for regulars. Now it’s just a dead zone. Dropped $300 on their usual slot lineup and didn’t see a single bonus. Just nonstop dead spins like the damn thing was rigged.
Tried reachin out to support and sat there for nearly two hours just to get hit with copy-paste responses that didn’t help at all. No real answers, just the usual “please be patient” crap. Then they hit me with a $10 loyalty bonus like that was gonna make things right, and slapped a x50 wagering on it too. Absolute joke.
Used to be one of the good ones but now it’s all tight-ass slots, weak promos, and no respect for loyal players. If you’re in the US and thinkin of signin up, don’t waste your time

same here dude. 32Red was 🔥 back in the day, now it’s just pain. i ain’t touched a bonus round in like 3 sessions. thought it was just my luck but damn

Honestly, the decline’s been real since like 2022. They switched up their promo team or somethin because the offers been straight trash. Used to get cashback, legit spins, now it’s “deposit $50 to get a $5 bonus” like we dumb.
And yeah, the slots feel way tighter. Played Thunderstruck II last week and didn’t hit one feature in 250 spins. That's not variance, that’s robbery

Man I thought I was trippin. Their RTP feels nerfed af. Some slots used to play fair-ish, now it’s just eat mode 24/7
 
Anyone actually get paid decent from 32Red lately? Like a real win? I’ve only been seein these L posts and wonderin if anyone’s actually winning anymore or if it’s just cooked

Last half-decent payout I got was back in November. Cashed $900 from a $40 run, but haven’t seen daylight since
