Anyone ever have their balance at 32Red just disappear mid-spin? I was runnin Sweet Bonanza, had like $46 left, screen glitched, and when it reloaded I was down to $1.50 — no spin, no history, nothin. Support hit me with the “we’ll escalate it” line but that was 3 days ago and silence since. I ain’t crazy, I saw the fkn balance. Wonderin if this glitch happened to anyone else or if I just got robbed

Damn that sounds sketch af. if the spin didn’t even go thru and they ain’t show it in history, then yeah somethin’s off. That “escalate” line is basically casino talk for “pls forget about it.”

fr tho, i had a similar thing last year. Balance dropped like $20 during a reload and they blamed “connection issues” then never fixed sh*t. these sites always act clueless when it’s time to pay or admit faultoh yeah totally normal for $40+ to vanish into the void.
