It’s happened to me twice, both times mid-feature on Hacksaw slots. Support takes forever and acts like you’re askin for charity just to get back your legit balance. No rollback, no logs, nothin

If you’ve got even a partial screen or timestamp, push it. I raised hell once with logs from my browser console and magically they “found” the missing spin and credited it back. Funny how that works

Funny how they can track your deposit history down to the second, with decimals and wallet IDs, but somehow your spin data vanishes like it got Thanos-snapped. I’m startin to think their system has selective memory loss every time you’re due for a payout
