f All Star Slots review (deposit fail)

So I made the mistake of depositing $150 on All Star Slots, thinking it’d be a fun session. I dropped the crypto, the deposit was confirmed, but my balance stayed at zero. I sat there staring at my screen for what felt like an eternity, expecting something to show up. Nothing. Absolutely nothing.
I hit up support and, of course, got the same lame response. “Please wait, your deposit is being processed.” Yeah right. A few hours later, still no sign of my money in my account. Decided to try a second deposit, thinking maybe it was just a fluke. Same damn thing.
What the hell kind of casino can’t even process a simple deposit? It’s been over 24 hours, and all I’ve gotten is a “we’re working on it” response. No transparency, no explanation, just silence. I don’t know what’s worse - the fact that my money is gone or that I’m getting treated like I don’t matter.
Anyone else dealt with this garbage? I’m done if this isn’t resolved soon

Yeah I had a similar mess with these clowns a few weeks ago. Dropped $50 in crypto, it cleared on the blockchain in under 10 mins, but guess what? My account balance stayed at zero, hit up support, and they gave me the usual “we’re aware” nonsense. Took three damn days for it to show up, and all they gave me was 20 free spins as a “we’re sorry.” that doesn’t even begin to make up for the headache. Site’s sketchy as hell and I’m done messin with it.

Honestly, it sounds like they’re just playing games with you. What’s the point of hitting up support if they can't even give a legit answer? Ever think of just disputing the charge with your bank? Might be the only way to get your $$ back.

Man, don’t even get me started on that “backend delay” excuse. I work in tech, but that’s not even a real fkn term for this kind of setup. They’re just making stuff up to stall people. Most likely they’re sittin on the funds and running manual clears so they can delay payouts and hold crypto for as long as possible. It’s scummy af. If they were serious, they’d have automated deposit confirmations like literally every other halfway decent site out there. This ain’t 2014, it’s not hard to build that
