N1 Casino took my winnings after requesting a payout, it looks like a scam

I'm extremely disappointed with N1 Casino right now. Last week I deposited my own money, bought 30 euros worth of free spins and ended up winning 1,500 euros. I thought I finally got a decent payout, but as soon as I tried to withdraw the money, my account was deactivated and the winnings were cut to 500 euros.
They claim that I broke some bonus rules, but the fact is that I never used the bonus. It was real money, not promo money. Their support team just keeps sending me the same generic answer about the bonus terms and conditions, completely ignoring the fact that I didn't play with the bonus in the first place.
I've seen other people mention that N1 Casino have done similar things, suddenly blocking accounts or voiding large winnings. If they're just going to find excuses to avoid paying out, what's the point of playing there at all? I feel like I've been completely deceived

This is some kind of shady business. If you didn't take the bonus, they have no reason to keep your money. Did you tell them this directly, or are they just giving you the usual boilerplate answers?

Classic stalling technique. They hope that you will lose patience and leave. Don't do it. Be persistent. If you haven't already, file a complaint against AskGamblers or contact their regulator. Bad press can sometimes force them to act

I thought about that. But does the MGA actually do anything or is it just a rubber stamp?

The MGA takes its time, but intervenes from time to time. It is worth filing a complaint. Also, if you deposited with a credit card or e-wallet, check if you can dispute the charge. Some banks and payment providers support players in such cases

Make some noise about this everywhere. On forums, review sites, even social media. Casinos hate bad publicity and sometimes it's what makes them move on
