Pragmatic Play Becomes Flutter’s Exclusive Live Casino Provider in UK & Ireland

Pragmatic Play has secured an exclusive deal with Flutter Entertainment, making it the sole supplier of live casino games for Sky Vegas, Paddy Power, and Betfair in the UK & Ireland. The agreement includes custom table games and game show content, powered by Pragmatic Play’s Smart Studio, which lets operators personalize live dealer games with custom backgrounds, voice-overs, and promotions while cutting costs. Flutter’s Commercial Director, Roisin Hogan, highlighted that the partnership fits Flutter’s innovation strategy. Since 2019, Pragmatic Play has grown from slot provider to a key live casino supplier, strengthening its market position. Is this a game-changer for live casino players, or just another industry deal?

It’s a solid move for Flutter. But, honestly, how much better can these live games get? They’re already pretty cool.

Not really convinced. Seems like just a marketing gimmick to me. Can’t see how it enhances gameplay, just more fluff.

Honestly? This feels like one of those "big f**ing deals" on paper that turns into meh in reality for players. Like, yeah, cool — Flutter locked in Pragmatic Play for Sky, Paddy, and Betfair. But unless the games are actually fresh AF and not just the same recycled sht with a different voice-over and a new green-screen dealer background, who cares?
Don’t get me wrong, Pragmatic’s live stuff has gotten better, but let’s not pretend this changes the damn game. Most players just want smooth streams, decent hosts, and fair RNG — not some “custom branding” gimmick that means nothing when you're down $200 on Blackjack
