Been on 32Red for a long-ass time as a US player and it used to be decent. Games were hittin, payouts came quick, and they actually looked out for regulars. Now it’s just a dead zone. Dropped $300 on their usual slot lineup and didn’t see a single bonus. Just nonstop dead spins like the damn thing was rigged.
Tried reachin out to support and sat there for nearly two hours just to get hit with copy-paste responses that didn’t help at all. No real answers, just the usual “please be patient” crap. Then they hit me with a $10 loyalty bonus like that was gonna make things right, and slapped a x50 wagering on it too. Absolute joke.
