To be fair, I actually did a small $150 cashout and it cleared in like 6 hours. No ID, no drama. Maybe you just had bad timing?

Could be browser too. Chrome worked fine for me, but Safari was a mess. I’ll give them points for trying though — at least it’s not another ghost site with dead support.
