So I was playing on All Star Slots, got a decent spin going and triggered a bonus round. But when I clicked to start it, the game froze for a good 10 seconds, then when it finally loaded, my balance was lower, and the bonus round didn’t pay out like it should have.
I’ve played a lot of slots, but never had a bonus freeze like this. Reached out to support, and they said it was a “technical glitch.” No offer to reset or fix it, just “sorry for the inconvenience” and moved on.
Anyone else had issues with bonus rounds glitching out on this site? Feels like they’re just sweeping it under the rug
