Mid-spin bonus vanished after the site America777 glitched out, and when I reloaded, the funds were just gone with no explanation. After that, I contacted support, thinking they’d sort it fast since I had all the proof ready, but instead I waited half a day for a copy-paste reply that didn’t even mention the issue. I followed up twice, sent screenshots and full transaction info, and all they’ve done is say they’re reviewing it, which clearly means nothing because it’s been three days and nobody has replied again. With no live chat and email support moving at snail speed, this place feels like a black hole once something goes wrong. Same happened to me last month. Bonus round triggered, screen froze, reloaded… and poof, balance gone. Emailed support with video proof. Took them 4 days to reply just to say “we’re looking into it.” Been “looking” ever since. Scammy vibes.

bruh it’s always the same BS with these shady-ass sites. no live chat, just emails into the void feels like they just hope you give up. i’m still waitin on 40 bucks from a messed up cashout. been 9 damn days.

Right? And even if you chase them nonstop, they either ghost you or just repeat the same line. I'm convinced they stall hoping you lose interest. Worst part — you see the glitch happen live and they still play dumb.

Honestly, if a site has no proper live support, that’s a red flag right there. America777 looked promising at first, but this kind of customer service just kills it. Players deserve better — we’re not just stats on a screen.
