I strongly advise against opening an account with Dolfwin Casino. I requested an account closure via live chat, and they told me to send an email. After doing that, I was told to send another email — just getting the runaround.
After multiple attempts, they finally said I could only close my account after 90 days. Then, once the 90 days passed, the whole process started again! They are clearly making it impossible to self-exclude.
I have screenshots of everything and can prove what they’re doing. Has anyone else experienced this with Dolfwin?
