Posting here to share my recent issue with slots lv casino and hopefully get some input. I signed up in April after seeing their 200% bonus offer and deposited $60 using Bitcoin. Played mostly slots, worked my way up and ended up winning just over $12,000.
I submitted my docs, including my license and utility bill, and got verified in 48 hours. Requested a $2,500 withdrawal, but suddenly my account was locked. A few days later, I got an email saying I violated their max bet rule during bonus play. The worst part is that I never saw that rule because it was not included in the main bonus terms and was only buried inside a separate wagering contribution link.
I had 10+ prior deposits with no issues and played within what I thought were reasonable bets. Their support offered nothing but canned replies. I now feel like I’ve been tricked into wagering without full transparency.
If anyone has dealt with similar issues at Slots.lv, please let me know where else I can escalate this. I don’t think it’s fair to void winnings over unclear rules.
