Betway Withdrawals issues

Signed up to Betway and played for the first time last night. Ended up making two withdrawals—£200 and £80 to PayPal—around 11/11:30 PM. At first, everything seemed great, but when I tried to contact live chat, I realized they’re only available 8 AM to midnight, not 24/7 like I had read. Tried their bot, but the answers were completely useless. Now I’m seriously worried after reading some horrific reviews on Trustpilot. This morning, I got on live chat again at 8:15 AM and was allegedly talking to a real person—until I mentioned my withdrawal. Then... radio silence for over 30 minutes. At this point, I’m really concerned they’re not going to pay out, and I have no idea what to do. Has anyone actually had a successful PayPal withdrawal from Betway? How long did it take? Starting to feel like I’ve made a mistake depositing here
 
Had to wait nearly two days to get $180 out of Betway through PayPal, and the whole time I kept checking my account like a maniac because there wasn’t a single update or email to let me know what the hell was going on. started to feel like they just hoped I’d forget about the money entirely

Yeah man, I had a $250 withdrawal stuck in limbo for over 36 hours, and during that time I got nothing—no confirmation, no estimate, not even one of those half-assed status updates most other casinos send without thinking twice. I ended up reading a bunch of horror stories about Betway on some forums, including people saying their withdrawals got reversed or that they were suddenly locked out of their accounts, which obviously freaked me out. It finally hit my PayPal after almost two full days, but I had already gone through the entire rollercoaster of panic by that point, and I still think they could easily avoid that if they just communicated like a normal site
 
Glad I’m not the only one tryna stay sane through this mess. Signed up, played a bit, actually hit a win, cashed out two hundred, all looked chill at first. But this morning I hit up chat, dropped the word “withdrawal,” and the rep vanished like someone pulled a heist mid-convo. Dude straight up disappeared

That’s exactly how they operate, because as soon as you bring up the idea of actually taking your money out, it’s like they lose all interest in helping and just vanish from the conversation completely. You could ask about deposits, bonuses, or literally anything else and they’ll reply instantly, but the moment you mention withdrawing funds, they treat it like you cursed at them
