I have a serious complaint against Casino Guru for allowing a casino to take deposits from a gambling addict, despite knowing my situation. I had already passed their level 2 verification, which required submitting an ID, yet they still let the casino accept my money. What’s worse, Casino Guru rejected my complaint, claiming I deposited after the first level of verification and later edited my information. But that’s false — this casino requires full verification before allowing deposits, meaning they knew exactly who they were approving.
It seems like Casino Guru is just trying to close complaints rather than actually protecting players. Where can I report this negligence?
