Las Atlantis Casino robbed me to the bone

My encounter with Las Atlantis Casino started with a $1000 deposit, accidentally using the wrong bonus (hah, classic), but no matter, I played, lost, and then went back to playing blackjack with my own money
The next day, the casino administration contacted me, probably because of the size of my deposit, and asked how I was playing. I told her about the mistake with the bonus, and she gave me a $500 bonus for table games. I read the rules, saw the $10 maximum bet limit, and decided not to activate the bonus until I had won back my deposit. I thought it was a smart move.
Fast forward to today, I went on a serious run, accumulated a huge balance and decided to withdraw $2500. It took more than two weeks for my information to be verified, but that's okay, I expected some delays. I kept playing, lost most of my balance, but at least I secured the withdrawal. The $2500 was still there, “pending”, just waiting for them to process it.
Then, like a true degenerate, a few days later I deposited another $150 - no bonuses, no shady schemes, pure cash. And that's when it all went wrong. I took that $150 and increased it to more than $5000. It was a stroke of luck. I woke up the next morning, ready to withdraw the money, and got an email from hell itself.
They canceled my initial $2500 withdrawal, claiming that I had wagered more than $10 at some point and had simply stolen more than $400 from it. Then they reset my balance, returned $2000 to the account and completely DELETED my new winnings of $5000. They disappeared! Gone, as if it had never been there!
There was no bonus attached to this last deposit. It was pure, clean money and they took it anyway. This is not a misunderstanding. This is not a mistake. This is outright theft.
Las Atlantes is running a full-blown scam, and there is no way they will be able to get away with this shit in the long run. A Curacao license means nothing, but there must be a way to fight this. If anyone has experience with filing lawsuits against sites like this, I need some real options. You can't just let them erase the winnings.

Dude, this is next-level bullshit. They canceled your legit withdrawal AND erased new winnings?! That’s straight-up theft

Curacao casinos can do whatever they want. No regulations, no player protection. You might be able to file a chargeback, but good luck getting that money back

Las atlantis has been pulling this shit for years. They’re blacklisted on multiple sites for voiding winnings. Your mistake trusting them in the first place

@austinmatthew You’re not alone. I deposited $500, ran it up to $4k, and they voided all of it because I “bet too high” on a non-bonus deposit
Curacao casinos are infamous for this trick. They aren’t regulated like UKGC or MGA sites, so they can cancel withdrawals and change the rules mid-game. It’s 100% legal theft because they know no one will chase them legally. Unless they get mass-reported and blacklisted, they’ll keep scamming

Then what the fuck am I supposed to do? I can’t just let them get away with this! There has to be a way to fight back!

I personally used cryptocurrency, so a refund is out of the question for me. But I swear I will drag their name all over the gambling forums!
This is why crypto payments in bad casinos are risky as hell. Once they take your Bitcoin or USDT, you can’t. At least with credit cards, you can file a dispute. But cryptocurrency, if it's gone, it's gone forever. These casinos love crypto players because they know there’s no way to reverse transactions

What did their support say? Did they even try to justify this bullshit?

These thieving fcks know EXACTLY what they’re doing. I got hit with the same “violation” sht when I tried to cash out $3k. They can eat a bag of dicks

I worked in online gambling customer support for a while, and let me tell you—this isn’t an accident. Casinos like this target players who deposit big because they assume you’ll keep chasing losses. The second you try to withdraw, they start stalling. Every delay is planned. The longer you wait, the more likely you are to reverse the withdrawal and lose it back

Curacao casinos run on player deposits. If too many people try to cash out at once, they start pulling this to stay afloat

Fck Las Atlantis! Fck their rigged games! Fuck their fake “support team!” These clowns need to be shut down
