I urgently need advice regarding Megapari Casino's failure to block my account after multiple requests due to my gambling addiction. Despite repeatedly asking for a permanent self-exclusion, they delayed, ignored, and even encouraged me to keep playing. As a result, I lost more money when I was actively trying to stop.
I believe Megapari has violated responsible gambling policies, and I want to know. Should Megapari be held accountable for failing to enforce responsible gambling?
