My review of Agentsino payouts

So I hit a small win on Agentsino. Nothing huge, just under 0.07 BTC after some decent spins on Sugar Rush and Book of Rampage. Decided to cash out since I wasn’t chasing a full degen run. Withdrawal went through the first step fine, showed as “processing” in my wallet tab, and I figured cool, give it a few hours. But that was the last normal part.

After 24 hours, still nothing. No confirmation, no update, no email. Their FAQ says claim crypto withdrawals are processed “within a few hours” unless flagged for review. Mine wasn’t. No verification needed, no bonus active, nothing that would hold it up.

At the 48-hour mark I contacted support and got the classic “please be patient” line with zero explanation. When I asked what triggered the review or how long it usually takes, they stopped replying completely. No ticket ID, no ETA, nothing.

Now it’s been four days. My balance is frozen, support’s ghosted me, and there’s zero transparency. The site looks sharp and the games run fine, but if you win and try to leave with your money, good luck. Agentsino is lookin more and more like a polished trap

They flash a shiny site but the payout game is a joke. Some of these crypto casinos are just straight-up scams dressed up with fancy design

Games run smooth but their payout process is straight trash. Casinos like that just make me feel pure disgust, no respect at all

Seen on forums that Stake is just as trashy as Agentsino. Never tried it myself and honestly ain’t dumb enough to test that crap with my own cash
