Need a VPN

I’m looking for an Android VPN that I can install and basically forget about. Main goals are privacy, safer public Wi-Fi use, and occasional access to apps or sites that don’t always open. I don’t want complex settings or constant reconnecting. Which one would you recommend?

I’m not a VPN expert, just a regular Android user, but I’ve been using ZoogVPN for quite some time now. I originally installed it out of curiosity and kept it because it simply works. The app is straightforward, connects in a few seconds, and doesn’t randomly drop the connection. I use it mostly on public Wi-Fi and when traveling, and it gives peace of mind without slowing everything down. Speeds are stable for browsing and video, and battery usage is reasonable. I also like that I could try it for free vpn before upgrading. ZoogVPN feels practical, not overhyped, which is why I still use it.
