Self-Exclusion Lifted Without My Request

After a permanent self-exclusion, my account was reactivated across multiple sites without my request. Each platform claims the reactivation happened elsewhere. Since Italian sites under AAMS are linked, how can I find out which site triggered this?
 
That’s seriously shady. If you didn’t request reactivation, it shouldn’t have happened. First step—contact AAMS directly and demand records of which operator triggered it
