Sunrise Slots Still Won’t Pay After Withdrawal Approval

So I put in a $2000 withdrawal request on March 7th. Fast forward to March 21st, and it gets approved. According to their terms, it should’ve been in my crypto account by April 7th. Of course, that’s already ridiculous, but hey, I was willing to go with the flow. Now, here we are, and nothing’s showing up in my account. All they keep telling me is “contact us within 24-72 hours.” Yeah, I’m getting tired of that.

I really regret not doing more research on them before I deposited money. This is getting way out of hand!
 
this sounds way too familiar. Same thing happened to me with Sunrise last year — $1500 stuck for two months. They just kept running me around with the “wait 24-72 hours” nonsense until I finally blasted them on review sites. After I went public, magically my money showed up 3 days later. You’re gonna have to make noise to get anywhere with them. Stay on it, don’t let up

Sunrise Slots is notorious for this. If they say 72 hours, add 72 more and pray
 
@michelle23 , $2000 isn’t small change either. That’s a lot to leave hanging with no solid communication.
At this point, I'd start spamming their social media pages. Twitter, Facebook, whatever. Even a Reddit post calling them out sometimes gets quicker results than just waiting on “support.”

Yeah I’m thinking about going public now. I figured giving them a fair chance was the right move, but it’s obvious they’re just hoping I’ll go away
 
Sunrise basically lives in that shady gray zone — not bad enough to be completely blacklisted everywhere, but bad enough that players always regret depositing.
They’re good at stringing people along just long enough that some give up. Seen it happen on a few forums.
The real move is to open a complaint on Casinomeister or AskGamblers, plus blast them with a Trustpilot review. The minute they see their reputation getting nuked, suddenly your money matters again

Appreciate the heads-up. Gonna file a complaint and start makin’ some noise tomorrow. It’s fkn ridiculous that you gotta fight to get $2000 like it’s some damn war. Honestly it’d be easier to just earn that sh*t again than to pry it outta these clowns, but now it’s all about the damn principle

Public pressure works way better than wasting weeks emailing support bots. They move real quick when their reputation’s on the line
