Vulkan Vegas Won’t Pay! Help!

Won big at Vulkan Vegas, but now they refuse to pay out. Support keeps dodging, giving vague answers, and stalling withdrawals. Feels like a scam!
 
Same old story with these guys... Deposits come in lightning fast. When you want to make a withdrawal, suddenly there is a “technical problem”. How long have they been fooling you?

Approaching two weeks. Every time I ask, they copy and paste the same “please be patient” nonsense. No real reason, no time frame. Just stalling for time
 
A classic ploy. They hope that you will give up and cancel the withdrawal so that you can “just play a little more”. Don't fall for it. Smash them on social media, bad press speeds up the process

Yeah, seen it too many times. Some casinos only start to move when their name is thrown around. Tag their affiliates too, these guys hate losing money
 
Also check their license details and file a complaint. Even if it's Curacao, they sometimes intervene if enough people start screaming

Curacao? LOL. They'll probably just “look into it” for six months and do nothing. A chargeback might be a better solution if you used a card or certain e-wallets
 
Yes, a chargeback is your best option if they keep evading. But write down everything - chat logs, emails, timestamps. If the situation escalates, you'll need receipts
 
Same thing happened to me a while back. They stalled my 1000 eur withdrawal for over 10 days with nonsense excuses. I only got paid after i posted a complaint on askgamblers and tagged them on social media 🤷‍♀️
