When Do You Decide to Quit Gambling for the Day?

Gambling is highly addictive, and while there are plenty of support groups out there, knowing when to stop is a personal challenge. Do you set a loss limit and walk away once you hit it? Or is it more about time spent, mood, or winnings? Curious to hear how others decide when it’s time to call it a day

Nah, I don’t do limits. I just play until I feel drained. Sometimes it’s just about the vibe, you know? If I’m feeling good, I keep going. But if I’m in a bad mood, I’m out

That’s risky, though! Chasing that high can mess you up. I used to think I could control it, but it spiraled fast. I try to keep it to a couple of hours max now

True, vibes can be tricky. But still, how do you know when to walk away? Like, do you ever regret not sticking to a plan?

Meh, it happens. But sometimes you hit that lucky streak and feel invincible! Just gotta ride the wave, right?
Yeah, riding waves is cool until you wipe out. I’ve learned the hard way that the house always wins in the end. So, time limits help me keep my head straight
