Instead of processing my withdrawal, they simply return my winnings to my account balance, effectively preventing any cashout. This isn't just a minor hiccup - it's a discouraging pattern that is hard to ignore.

Haven’t tried that yet. Still don’t see why I should have to in the first place. If they allow withdrawals, they should process them properly

Yeah, you shouldn’t have to, but some casinos flag large withdrawals and drag them out. Try cashing out in chunks of like 200-300

Then lock your account temporarily. If they can’t push your winnings back into your balance, they’ll have to deal with the withdrawal. Some sites don’t process cashouts while an account is active

Yep, they're just hoping players lose the money before it gets paid. I’ve started using LeoVegas instead — not perfect but at least they don’t play games with withdrawals.
