Your Experience with BetSafe or Betsson Group Casinos?

For the first time in ages, BetSafe actually sent me an offer by email – 20 spins on Book of Dead. Ended up getting $5, and it needed to be wagered 35x. Now, I’ve got a $70 pending withdrawal, and I’m wondering – will they really leave it pending for 24 hours? Also, I checked my transaction history, and it’s mostly ecoPayz, but my last deposit was a big one, $10 with Paysafe. Does anyone know if BetSafe is as strict as Rizk with their deposit/withdrawal rules? I’m definitely not cashing out $70 to my bank and getting hit with a ridiculous $45 fee. Had bad experiences with them before. Nothing huge, just small things that I can’t stand. Oh, and after hounding them for ages to fix my date of birth on both my BetSafe and Betsson accounts, they finally told me it was a system glitch and I shouldn’t worry about it. I never entered the wrong info, and it bothers me that there’s a one-day difference. It could cause issues down the line if I try to withdraw. How can the biggest company in the industry not fix something this simple?
 
Yeah, Betsafe usually holds withdrawals for a full 24 hours minimum before releasing them. Sometimes longer if you hit the weekend or if you switch payment methods like that. Paysafe can definitely trigger extra verification steps. the $45 bank fee alone would make me pause. ecopayz should still be your best bet if they let you pull to it

If they told you not to worry about the DOB issue, you better worry lol.
It’s always fine until you hit a bigger cashout. Then suddenly they notice it and freeze everything ""for your protection."" Seen it happen
 
Betsson group overall is hit or miss, some people get paid no problem, others get stuck in doc-check hell for weeks. I cashed out $500 once, and because my card on file was expired, they demanded a bank statement, selfie with ID, blood sample (kidding… kinda).
It’s like they pretend it’s “security,” but really they’re hoping people will tilt the winnings back into the slots while they “review.” Your best bet is to badger support if the withdrawal isn’t processed after 24 hours

Yeah that DOB stuff is no joke. I got locked out of an account once for a one-digit mismatch. Nightmare to fix later

Exactly what I’m worried about. $70 isn't much, but if they pull that when it’s a bigger win someday, I’ll be stuck fighting over stupid details

ecoPayz usually processes faster too once BetSafe finally releases it. If they force you to your bank though, brace yourself. That $45 fee is real and they won’t refund it
