Zodiac Casino let me deposit despite self-exclusion

If anyone’s looking for a real Zodiac Casino review from a US player, here’s mine and it’s definitely not a positive one. I self-excluded from Casino Rewards in 2021. This year, I unknowingly registered at Zodiac Casino, which is part of the same group. I used the same full name, DOB, and address - only the email was different.

I deposited $150, saw “Casino Rewards” on my bank statement, and contacted support immediately. They refused to refund the deposit, saying I violated the self-exclusion by using a new email.

Their system didn’t flag duplicate details. No refund. No accountability. US players, avoid this group if you’ve ever self-excluded - they’ll take your money and blame you for their failure to detect it.
