Goldenbet Faces Rising Complaints Over Unpaid Winnings

There have been a lot of complaints about Goldenbet.com recently, mainly about unpaid winnings. Players are saying their payouts are delayed or even ignored, and customer service isn’t being very helpful. Some also mention issues with account verification and bonuses not being credited. It’s definitely raising some concerns in the community
 
man, goldenbet’s turning into a straight-up dumpster fire lately. I’ve seen so many folks getting screwed over — delays, ghosted payouts, bonuses vanishing into thin air... it’s a damn joke. You try to cash out and suddenly support’s “looking into it” for two weeks? Nah, f*** that. And don’t even get me started on the ID checks — they’re quick to take your deposit but drag their feet hard when it’s time to pay up. Shady as hell. Definitely wouldn’t touch that site with a ten-foot pole right now

I’m on day 15 and it’s the exact same runaround. Every time I ask, they act like I just messaged them for the first time. “Please wait patiently,” “we are aware,” blah blah. Meanwhile my $1,100 is just chilling in limbo. I’m starting to think they don’t even have the money. Probably hoping some other sucker deposits so they can pay me out using someone else’s cash. That’s not a casino - that’s a Ponzi scheme

Dude, you’re not alone. I’ve had three separate withdrawals locked in just two weeks. They keep hitting me with “extended KYC review,” like I’m applying for a security clearance. Bro, you already have my ID, utility bill, selfie, bank statement, and probably my f**king blood type at this point. How much more “extended” can it get? I swear they just recycle the same excuse until people rage quit. It’s not even about safety — it’s just delay tactics.
 
They were totally cool when I was cashing out $150 here and there. There were no issues, and the payouts were quick. Then I hit $2K, and suddenly, I’m on some kind of fraud watch list. It's been 11 days and support says it’s with the “relevant team,” which is probably just a trash folder with a fancy name

@changdavid I literally tested it out. Sent them a clown emoji with zero context just to see what would happen — and boom, “Thank you for your message. Your request is being reviewed.” Like, f**k off, it’s clearly just automated replies with no human behind it. I’ve never seen a casino so checked out. If they’re not gonna answer real questions and just copy-paste trash back, why even pretend there’s a support team at all?

They paid me $400 in December like nothing. Last week I hit $850, and now it’s “pending review.” Sounds like they only pay when they feel like it
 
Filed a complaint with Curaçao, not because I think they’ll swoop in like casino Batman, but because I needed to scream into some void that isn’t run by bots. To my surprise, an actual human replied — I know because they used punctuation and didn’t start the sentence with “Dear valued customer.” Said they’re “aware of patterns” and “investigating.” Translation: “We see the dumpster fire but don’t have a hose.” Still, better than support Chad at Goldenbet who thinks “we apologize for the inconvenience” is an acceptable response to straight-up theft

It’s been 48h for me, but at least they replied “we’re monitoring the casino for patterns” line - whatever the hell that means. No clue what to do next, lol. So yeah, sounds like we’re in the exact same boat
 
Still waiting on my fcking $420 since March 26! And all I keep getting is my fave line — “any moment now.” That was 9 fckin days ago. What are they using, the Mayan calendar? Or does time work different in their sh*tty little alternate universe?
