Play Ojo Got Me!

When I hit some wins, I tried to withdraw $500. That’s when the nightmare started. They made me jump through so many hoops just to ‘verify’ my withdrawal path. I gave them my bank and credit card statements, even my cards themselves! Eventually, after what felt like forever, they ‘verified’ my account, and I submitted my withdrawal request. Everything seemed fine. The next day, I even got an email from GIGIDAT with my withdrawal password and everything. But then, this afternoon, I get another email saying I need to verify my account again! I log into my PlayOjo account, and now the $500 I was supposed to withdraw is gone! I’ve been trying to contact customer service, but no luck. Honestly, this whole situation feels like a scam. Has anyone else been through this? What should I do now?

They do this weird “re-verify” thing sometimes when your withdrawal crosses certain amounts. Happened to me with $300. It’s like their system resets itself randomly.
For your missing money — check your GIGIDAT transaction history first. If it shows as “approved,” you might just be waiting for bank processing. If not, start hammering PlayOJO support every few hours until someone moves it

Thanks, checking GIGIDAT now and hoping it’s just a delay on their side. If it’s not there, guess I’ll be camping on live chat till they fix it.

GIGIDAT usually pays out, but PlayOJO’s communication is trash lately, gotta chase them hard for update
PlayOJO used to be one of the cleanest sites for payouts, but lately way more hoops, way more silence. If they handled support properly, none of this would even be stressful. Players shouldn’t have to beg for what’s theirs
