Velobet is ignoring responsible gambling practices and reopening accounts for self-excluded players, even after being informed of their gambling addiction.
After closing my account due to addiction, they opened another one with the same personal data without any explanation. They refuse to answer or clarify why they did this, showing a complete disregard for player protection.
This kind of negligence leads to serious harm, fueling addiction and creating irreparable damage. How can they be held accountable?
 
It’s like they’re just waiting for people to slip back in. Have you thought about reporting them? I mean, they can’t just keep doing this
 
Reporting might help, but honestly, these companies just care about their bottom line. They’ll keep doing it until someone makes a big fuss
 
Yeah, I had my account reopened too. It’s like they’re fishing for addicts. I eventually just gave up on that site. Better to find a place that actually gives a damn

That’s seriously fucked up. If someone self-excludes and flat-out says they have a gambling problem, and the damn casino just reopens their account like it’s no big deal? That’s not just shady—that’s dangerous as hell. Velobet clearly doesn’t give a shit about player safety, just wants to squeeze every last cent outta people, even if it wrecks lives
 
Damn, that’s serious. Save all the proof and report ’em to their licensing authority. If they’re real, they can get fined big time. Don’t let it slide, call them out hard.

if you’ve self-excluded and they’re letting you come back with the same details, that’s not just unethical — it should be illegal!!!
they’re exploiting addicts for profit, plain and simple
 
Report it to the gambling authority in their licensing country. If it's Curacao, good luck — they barely regulate anything. But you should also contact responsible gambling organizations. This behavior needs to go public.

I completely agree. Any operator that circumvents exclusion protocols demonstrates a blatant disregard for player safety. This is precisely the kind of behavior that regulatory reform should address on a global scale.
