I've been a regular player at William Hill online casino for some time now, attracted by their Vegas-style games and the promise of an exciting gaming experience. At first everything was top notch - fast withdrawals and no problems at all. But recently things have seriously changed for the worse.

Every time I try to cash out my winnings, I am faced with a barrage of excuses and delays. Instead of processing my withdrawal, they simply return my winnings to my account balance, effectively preventing any cashout. This isn't just a minor hiccup - it's a discouraging pattern that is hard to ignore.
Any advice or sharing of experiences would be very helpful.

William Hill pulling this kind of crap now? It used to be one of the more trustworthy options. Have you tried withdrawing smaller amounts instead of the full balance? Sometimes that works
 
Haven’t tried that yet. Still don’t see why I should have to in the first place. If they allow withdrawals, they should process them properly

Yeah, you shouldn’t have to, but some casinos flag large withdrawals and drag them out. Try cashing out in chunks of like €200-300
 
Or go full nuclear—chargeback if you deposited via credit card. They don’t like that. You’ll probably get banned, but at least you get your money

That’s an option, but I’d rather not risk getting blacklisted. There’s still a little left in my account

Then lock your account temporarily. If they can’t push your winnings back into your balance, they’ll have to deal with the withdrawal. Some sites don’t process cashouts while an account is active

That’s actually smart. Worth a try before going the chargeback route
 
I didn’t even think about that. Gonna try the small withdrawal trick first and then maybe lock the account if they keep messing around
 
Also, check if they have a VIP or “high roller” support team. Some casinos process VIP withdrawals quicker, even if you’re not betting big. Just ask
 
Don’t let 'em keep stringing you along—your money, your rules. If support gives you the runaround again, ask for everything in writing. Mention regulators too, that sometimes speeds things up fast.
