Won a decent chunk on some goofy slot, went to cash out $220 and boom — account “under review.” No warning, no email, nothin. Support acts clueless like it’s my fault. I didn’t use a bonus, didn’t multi-account, didn’t do sh*t wrong. Now my balance’s just sittin there while they feed me copy-paste crap. Tired of these sketchy-ass casinos tryna hold YOUR money like it’s theirs
 
Mine got flagged after I used the same password I had on another site they apparently """"monitor."""" No joke, I won like $250 on some vampire-themed slot, tried cashing out, and next thing I know they’re asking if my account’s “secure” because my login matched one from some leaked list. Like bruh, what does my password have to do with my fkn payout? Felt like they were just digging for a reason to stall. Never had a casino pull that before

Love when casinos treat winning like it’s a bannable offense
 
They pulled that with me a while back. Took 9 days to unfreeze and not a single apology. They just said “you’re good to go” like they didn’t hijack my cash for over a week

Man, I didn’t even withdraw big. it was $220, not some life-changing win. if that’s too much for them to handle, why even run a casino?
 
That whole “under review” excuse is just a soft stall. They know damn well they ain’t finding anything. it’s not fraud prevention, it’s a delay tactic to either make you play it back or give up. I’ve seen it on so many sites now. Unless you scream loud enough or go public, they just sit on your funds like it’s chill

9 days is wild. did you at least get your full balance or did they pull some “adjustment” crap too?

nah they paid the full amount, but I had to email 3 different reps and post about it on a forum before anything moved. they don’t respond until they feel the heat
 
Update: still locked. support gave me another “compliance team is looking into it” email. no time estimate, no reason, just vibes
 
It’s actually insane how these places act like withdrawing your own fkn money is suspicious behavior. You win fair, no bonuses, no bs, and somehow you're the problem. like bro, make it make sense — feels more like punishment for not losing fast enough
