This is exactly why I started screen recording every session once I get near bonus territory. It sucks to even have to do that, but at this point it’s the only way to avoid getting gaslit by support when they decide to pretend entire rounds never happened

Yup, I’ve got OBS set to auto-record whenever I open a slot now. Got laughed at by friends when I first did it, but guess who’s not getting ignored by support anymore when stuff breaks? Only downside is I feel like I'm prepping for court every time I spin

That “no issue found” message might be the most insulting part of it all, because they won’t even fake a proper investigation. You could show them a full play-by-play and they’d still reply with that one-liner like it’s gospel. It’s laziness masked as policy

Bruh that’s a straight-up cry from the soul. Like come on, we all know it takes maybe 20 minutes tops to read up on where you’re about to dump your money. If you skip that, don’t act shocked when you get rinsed. If you don’t care enough to look, then yeah the outcome’s on you
