Anyone Else Having Trouble with Ducky Luck Casino?

As a US player, I’ve been pretty comfortable playing at various online casinos that accept US bets. I’ve deposited and withdrawn multiple times without any real issues...until I hit Ducky Luck Casino.

I signed up, deposited some cash, and went about playing as usual. Everything was fine at first, but now when I try to log in, I keep getting blocked with a ""You do not have permission to view"" message. I’ve tried clearing cookies, using different browsers, all that usual troubleshooting stuff, but no luck.

What really gets me is that there’s been zero communication from their support, and now I’m starting to wonder if this is a sign of deeper issues. Anyone here had better luck or gotten their issues resolved? Would love to hear if this is a fluke or something I should be worried about

Yeah, happened to me last week. Same error message. It magically went away after two days, though. No explanation
Literally identical experience. Wouldn’t even let me reset my fucking password. Then randomly started working again like nothing happened

I had this issue for 4 days. Reached out via email and got no response, which honestly pissed me off more than the login bug. Their live chat is a joke too — sat there waiting for 30 mins and nothing. It was only after I posted about it on a forum that I suddenly got a ""we're looking into it"" message. Seems like they don’t respond unless they’re publicly embarrassed

Had a similar story. Live chat hits you with the classic “someone will contact you soon,” then it’s radio silence for hours. Like, do they seriously have that few support agents, or is this just a mind game to get you stressing out on purpose?

Damn, might have to go that route — post publicly and hope they get off their asses

If you’re using a VPN, they’ll block you without warning — no heads-up, no second chance. Sadly, learned that one the hard way too

They blocked me after I withdrew $2k. Said it was “routine verification,” but I haven’t heard from them since. That was 10 days ago

@bethlopez Honestly, Ducky Luck has been trash since last year. I used to play there regularly — decent bonuses, fast enough payments — but over time they’ve gone downhill. Slower responses, more “technical errors,” and shady bonus restrictions. The permission error sounds like a backend flag, probably account-related. If they don’t want to deal with payouts, they just ghost you with that message. Take your money and run if you ever get back in

Feels like I always end up picking one of these trash casinos every damn time

Got locked too — support asked for ID again even though I already sent it twice. Now they want a selfie with a date and my withdrawal request. It’s getting ridiculous

They pulled that on me too after I won $600. Started asking for more docs outta nowhere:mad:
They’re just stalling, hoping people give up. At that point, it’s up to you — either play by their BS rules and walk away, or push back hard and try to force that payout on your terms

Appreciate all the replies. Pretty clear this isn’t just bad luck. I’ll give them one more day, then start keeping track of everything. Not gonna be another silent player they can just ignore

probably the only smart move if they won’t fix it — take it public. put them on blast where it hurts

Glad I’m not the only one seeing that decline. It used to be a decent place, now it’s just problems stacked on problems
