I seriously need help. A few weeks ago, I hit a $170,000 jackpot on the MGM Millions Wheel while playing the Goodies slot. It landed the Major Jackpot outta nowhere, and at first, everything looked good. BetMGM support congratulated me, told me the money would be sent via wire transfer after I completed verification. I uploaded everything - driver’s license, passport, bank statement (and it was all approved quickly). They straight up emailed me saying the payout was on the way, and that was over two weeks ago.
I’ve been going back and forth with their live chat almost every day, and I keep getting vague or flat-out contradictory answers. One rep says everything’s fine, another says it’s under review, and now they’ve told me there’s no timeline at all. Just generic replies and no actual progress. It’s like they’re trying to wear me down.
I’ve used betmgm casino - real money version plenty of times before and never had any issues, but this is different. The funds aren’t even showing in my account anymore. It’s like they just disappeared, no pending transaction, no confirmation - just gone. And I’ve been lied to multiple times already about when the money’s coming.
