It means they don’t wanna pay you. The moment you try to cash out big, they pull that “random check” BS. It’s a delay tactic to frustrate players into reversing withdrawals
 
I called support, 45 min on hold. Then the dude hung up mid-sentence.
I've been waiting for a similar response from customer support to be emailed to me

Bro, I swear this f*cking casino is straight-up robbing people. I deposited $300, got a bonus, played fair, and still had my winnings wiped for “violation” of some shady-ass rule
 
That’s exactly the game they play. They bait you with bonuses, then find any reason to void your winnings. If they really cared, they’d block “illegal” bets instead of letting you place them

Real casinos use automated bet blocking so you CAN’T break bonus terms. El Royale lets you break the rules on purpose, just so they can steal your winnings
