I won 60 euros on free spins and the game froze every time I tried to cash out. I contacted support four times and all I got was the same useless answer about redirecting my issue to another department. No solution, no apology - just silence.
Things are even worse with withdrawals. They claim a daily limit of 500 euros, but it takes four bloody days to process each request! Until it's fulfilled, you can't request another one, which just forces players to spend their balance instead of withdrawing money!!!!
If you care about your money, stay away from this casino. Their withdrawal system is a trap and their customer service is useless!

Damn, that sounds awful. Did they at least confirm your withdrawal, or are you still stuck?
