I was playin Mental, everything was goin smooth, balance was finally lookin solid after a long fkn grind. Outta nowhere, the site kicked me out during a spin. No lag, no crash, just straight booted. Logged back in, balance was lower, recent spins gone, history blank like it never happened. Reached out to support and they gave me some weak excuse about a “connection issue,” told me to refresh next time like that’s supposed to fix anything. No rollback, no credit, not even a real answer. Felt like I got robbed in daylight while they acted like it's all normal. Whole thing left a bad taste
 
Getting kicked mid-spin while everything’s finally clicking feels like a slap in the face. If they won’t even bother checking logs or compensating, that tells you everything about how they handle wins

This happened to me too. Bonus kicked in, screen froze, came back to a lower balance and no win. They blamed “sync error.”

I had the same glitch on Fruit Party once and they gave me the same lazy reply about cache or connection. Weird how the connection always dies after you’re up
 
that rollback excuse is getting old. If the spin happened, it happened. The system logs everything. They just don’t wanna deal with it or pay out when it goes sideways

Had a similar situation with 7Bit a few months back. Was in the middle of a feature on San Quentin, site hiccuped, and boom—back to lobby, balance untouched like it never happened. Support told me to wait 24 hours while “technical investigates” and nothing ever came of it. Their games hit good sometimes, but the minute something breaks, they pretend it’s all on your end. Makes you not wanna trust any bonus round anymore

Funny how “sync issues” only seem to pop up when there’s money on the line. Been using the same net and VPN for months, only time it “desyncs” is when I hit something

That “wait 24 hours” line is just their way of dodging responsibility. They act like someone’s actually looking into it, but all you get is silence unless you keep pushing. I had to chase them multiple times before anyone even acknowledged there was a problem
 
@folson if you still got screenshots or anything from before the spin hit, push that. I did that once with BitStarz and they actually refunded after a log check. 7Bit probably won’t move unless you press ‘em
 
I gave up on 7Bit after they delayed a BTC payout for 4 days, claiming “network congestion.” Meanwhile I watched four other crypto sites move funds in 10 minutes

Man, it’s always “your internet” or “your cache.” But the site still takes your deposit in a second, no issue there. Selective tech failure is a whole art form now
 
I’ve got screenshots but no gameplay proof since the history’s wiped. Still debating whether to push it harder or just chalk it up as a lesson and bounce from that site for good

Honestly if they’re wiping logs and not compensating, they don’t deserve your time or BTC. Plenty of casinos out there that’ll actually fix their shit when it breaks
