Internet Vikings Partners with RubyPlay to Enhance US Operations

Internet Vikings has entered a partnership with RubyPlay to support the slot game developer’s expansion in the US market, specifically in New Jersey. As part of the deal, Internet Vikings will provide RubyPlay with its VMware cloud hosting solution and bare metal servers located near Atlantic City, ensuring smooth operations and enhanced data security. Rickard Vikstrom, CEO and Founder of Internet Vikings, emphasized the company’s commitment to fast and reliable service, highlighting that the first infrastructure order was deployed within a week, with future deliveries expected within a day.
This partnership aligns with Internet Vikings’ broader US expansion strategy. In December, the company launched services in Arkansas, marking its presence in 25 states, including Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Kentucky. Previous collaborations in the US include partnerships with EveryMatrix in West Virginia and Spinomenal in New Jersey. Vikstrom noted that the US market now accounts for 75% of Internet Vikings’ revenue, with a 280% growth rate over the past two years, solidifying the company’s position as a key player in the gaming industry.

Internet Vikings is making big moves in the US, but is RubyPlay the right partner to push forward? New Jersey is a tough market with giants like IGT and Aristocrat already dominating. Cloud hosting is great, but if the games don’t attract players, it won’t mean much in the long run.

damn, Internet Vikings ain't messin' around. Partnering up with RubyPlay like, “Yo, let’s run New Jersey.” They’re tossing in that beefy VMware cloud setup and bare metal servers right next to Atlantic City—basically saying, “Here’s your f**king war room, go crush it.” And of course, Rickard Vikstrom out here flexing that they had the first setup live in under a week. That’s some serious “we don’t sleep” energy.

yeah man, I get they’re hyped about makin’ moves in the US, but RubyPlay? For real? That ain’t exactly the heavy hitter you’d wanna bring to a fight in freakin’ Jersey. You’re goin’ up against IGT and Aristocrat — those dudes own the damn streets over there. Cloud hosting’s cute and all, but if your games are mid as hell and nobody gives a shit about playin’ ’em, what’s the point? Feels like they’re throwin’ a Ferrari engine in a tricycle. Good luck with that.
