Bella Vegas really just eats crypto and calls it a day? Tossed in fifty bucks, site lagged nonstop, bonus bugged out, and now my balance’s gone without a trace. This normal or they straight scamming out here?

Yeah, I tried Bella Vegas last month and had the same sh*t happen. My bonus never activated, games froze mid-spin, and support just kept saying “try again later.” Lost $80 and never got a single usable answer. Total waste of time.

Same here. Put $100 in via BTC, played for maybe 10 minutes before the site started glitching like mad. Reels lagging, screen locking, then poof—balance went to zero with no history. Asked support if they could track it and got a copy-paste response about “technical maintenance.” Feels super sketchy. Honestly wouldn't trust them with monopoly money at this point.

Damn, glad it’s not just me. Whole site feels like it’s running on duct tape and lies. Gonna stick to casinos that actually respond with more than canned nonsense. Bella’s off my list.
