Jackpot City Jackpot Disappeared

Hey guys, new here and wasn’t sure where to post this, but I NEED to share what happened to me on Jackpot City. So, I was playing with about £40 credit, ran through my free spins, and was about to leave when I saw something weird flash on my screen. Went back to check and to my absolute SHOCK, my balance showed £100,000!! Must have hit some kind of jackpot, right? I was losing my mind, telling everyone, jumping around like crazy. Then, I decided to spin one more time at £6.25, and boom—SYSTEM ERROR. 😨 Took videos and pics on my phone since I was playing on my laptop, just in case. Jackpot City is giving me the runaround. They made me send my pics, then ignored me for a while. I followed up today, and now they’re saying, “Give us another 2 days.” Seriously?! You’d think a £100K jackpot randomly disappearing would be a priority. Instead, I’m just stuck waiting while they "investigate." Starting to feel like they’re just hoping I give up. Is there ANY chance they’ll actually pay up, or is this a lost cause? Jackpot City beware!

If it was a progressive jackpot like Major Millions, then technically the win is tracked on Microgaming’s end - not just by Jackpot City. The game server handles those jackpots, so even if the casino tries to deny it, their logs won’t be the final say. That said, Microgaming (now Games Global) does investigate these claims, but it has to be pushed up through the casino first. You did the right thing taking screenshots and video. Keep all timestamps. If they try to claim "visual error," you really can escalate it to eCOGRA (if they're listed under them), or to the MGA, since Jackpot City is licensed under Baytree Ltd in Malta. They’re slow, but if the win was real and your game session confirms it, they’re obligated to honor it. Just don’t back off

They’ll probably hit you with “graphical error” unless their logs confirm the hit. Seen that excuse thrown around too many times

Appreciate the help — at least now I’ve got some idea what to do. time doesn’t even matter anymore — I just need to know the money’s actually coming my way
