Thanks for all the replies and support. I wasn’t sure if I was overreacting at first, but clearly this isn’t just me. I’ve gathered everything: screenshots, live chat transcripts, timestamps, emails, even the weird delay messages they sent. I’m submitting a formal complaint to IBAS tonight, and already started the UKGC process too. It’s insane how fast they accept your deposit, but when you try to withdraw, suddenly you’re a “risk.” I’ll keep pushing this as far as I can. They picked the wrong person to freeze. I’m not letting them pocket £1200 without a fight
