I used to put a fucking reminder on my calendar so I wouldn't fall off the radar. . If you don't follow up with them, your review will fester in inactivity
 
Got burned on a promotion with $100 worth of free chips. Thought I read all the terms and conditions, but no - support said I was playing the wrong game. They didn't say which one. Just “you violated it” 🤡

apparently to really read really everything you have to actually be a lawyer who spends a week requesting all the necessary documentation and studying it just to spin slots in the evenings. that's bullshit, it shouldn't be like that
 
Got all my documentation and passed verification. I then racked up $1600 and asked for a payout. Suddenly they “lost” my id. Said I didn't provide it. I literally replied to the original email - still played dumb. Sent it again and boom, “thanks, we're now starting the review”. Bro, what happened the first time? Yeah they're already gaslighting

LOL I sent mine twice, and both times they sent me “not attached”. I started putting the ID in the body of the email and attaching it. But it still stalled
 
I became a “VIP host” after I got scared by a charterback 😂. One second I'm just a dude asking questions and the next second I'm getting calls with offers. Wild
 
I made the mistake of trying to withdraw money to coinbase. Instant denial. Didn't even know dynamic wallets existed until this unpleasantness happened.
 
Tbh red dog feels like a protracted scam. They aren't scamming, but they are leaking. Death by procrastination. You get tired, you give up, you get your money back. It's all intentional. They don't need to steal - they just make you quit. And for those few of us who do follow through? Sure, they'll pay... eventually. But by then the dopamine hit will have passed and you'll be sitting there thinking, “Was it worth the headache?” Spoiler: no.

Couldn't have said it better. The psychological strain is real. The payout feels like winning a lawsuit, not a jackpot

I had so many versions of the saved ID that it felt like I was trying to fake my own death. Sent in high and low resolution, daylight and nightlight, even tried black and white. Support still responded with “unclear”. They finally accepted the same file after I wrote “PLEASE REVIEW CAREFULLY” in the subject line. Coincidence? I doubt it. They just pick random excuses until you make enough noise

Bro same thing. I've started putting date + time in file names, like “ID_FINAL_FINAL_FINAL_003.pdf” so they can't say I didn't send it

Red Dog is fine as long as you don't expect too much. I use it for weekend fun, not to “get rich”. I've cashed out BTC twice, both times the money came within 5-6 days. Not perfect, but they paid out. Just don't mess with promos, and definitely don't fund your account from cards

The “slow drip” method is really mind boggling. You wait 5-6 days for $500, then play out of boredom, lose $200, then repeat. By the time the last payout comes, you've already sent some of the money back. Therein lies the strategy. They don't take your money - they wait for you to give it back. Genius, if you think about it. Terrible if you are someone who is trying to stay disciplined

This is psychological warfare. Oh, just a quick spin while I wait for BTC - and then boom, a $300 drop. They know exactly what they're doing
 
bonus system is rigged. too many rules, not clear enough. max bets, limits on games, withdrawal limits and the support team is surprised when you ask for details. if the terms and conditions were more vague they would turn into a blur
