My Poor Experience at King Billy

Two days ago, I made a deposit at King Billy, but things went downhill fast. I couldn’t play any games because I got a message saying my country was restricted, which made no sense since all the restricted games weren’t even showing up in the first place. I ended up chatting with support, and after a long wait, they admitted it was a tech issue and told me to be patient. Well, two days later, the problem still isn’t fixed. I told them I just want my money back, but now they’re saying I have to wait until the tech issue is resolved before I can get my funds. It’s THEIR problem, and I have no clue when it’ll be fixed. I’m just asking for my money back, and they’re refusing to release it. Just to clarify – no bonuses involved here, so I don’t see why they won’t give me my cash. Has anyone else dealt with something like this? It’s honestly getting ridiculous

I had something similar with King Billy back in 2023. Took them 9 days to fix a “tech issue” and they ignored 3 of my emails in between. You’ll prob get the money, but they’ll drag it out hoping you forget or lose patience

Every time I hit them up in chat, it’s the same copy-paste BS — “Our technical team is aware of the issue, please wait.” Meanwhile, my money just sits there doing nothing. I literally can’t play a single game, and they won’t refund it because they screwed something up on their end. I didn’t even touch a bonus, so there’s no excuse. What’s worse is they won’t give me any ETA, just “wait patiently.” That’s a hell of a nerve when it’s my $100 on hold for two days and counting. Absolute joke of a setup

Honestly, King Billy’s gone way downhill. Used to be decent 2–3 years ago, but now it’s all crypto stalling and empty promises. I wouldn’t trust them with ten bucks

Bro they got my deposit stuck for 72 freakin hours sayin it's “under internal review” even though I haven’t played a single damn game yet which honestly makes me nervous as hell thinkin what kinda BS they'd pull if I actually managed to win big like I’m prob gonna need to fax over my birth cert and swear on my cat’s life just to get paid

I legit told ’em straight up, “Just cancel the damn deposit and send it back if your site’s busted,” and what do I get? That same ol’ “please be patient during maintenance” crap like I’m funding their damn server downtime. I ain’t askin for some wild sh*t — I paid for a service I can’t even use. If this was a store, you’d get a refund in 2 mins flat, no questions. But nah, with King Billy it’s always “wait for devs” while they pretend to fix it. I’ve got the full chat transcript saved too, and if they don’t move soon, I’m goin full scorched earth on Casinomeister, AskGamblers, Trustpilot — they’re gonna hear every damn word

100% agree. Last time I withdrew crypto from King Billy, it took almost 4 days and a support chat to “remind” them. They're not what they used to be
