My Poor Experience at King Billy

Two days ago, I made a deposit at King Billy, but things went downhill fast. I couldn’t play any games because I got a message saying my country was restricted, which made no sense since all the restricted games weren’t even showing up in the first place. I ended up chatting with support, and after a long wait, they admitted it was a tech issue and told me to be patient. Well, two days later, the problem still isn’t fixed. I told them I just want my money back, but now they’re saying I have to wait until the tech issue is resolved before I can get my funds. It’s THEIR problem, and I have no clue when it’ll be fixed. I’m just asking for my money back, and they’re refusing to release it. Just to clarify – no bonuses involved here, so I don’t see why they won’t give me my cash. Has anyone else dealt with something like this? It’s honestly getting ridiculous
 
I had something similar with King Billy back in 2023. Took them 9 days to fix a “tech issue” and they ignored 3 of my emails in between. You’ll prob get the money, but they’ll drag it out hoping you forget or lose patience

Every time I hit them up in chat, it’s the same copy-paste BS — “Our technical team is aware of the issue, please wait.” Meanwhile, my money just sits there doing nothing. I literally can’t play a single game, and they won’t refund it because they screwed something up on their end. I didn’t even touch a bonus, so there’s no excuse. What’s worse is they won’t give me any ETA, just “wait patiently.” That’s a hell of a nerve when it’s my $100 on hold for two days and counting. Absolute joke of a setup
