Whatever else Mystake Casino does, actually listening to player complaints or following Responsible Gaming practices clearly isn’t one of them. Early in 2023, a player with a serious gambling addiction requested self-exclusion through Curacao eGaming (CEG) and was told it was in place. Despite this, they were able to create 29 new accounts using different email addresses—including one literally named "Fake Player" with the email [email protected]—and every single deposit was accepted without question. After the player brought the case to Casinomeister, the casino ignored it for weeks. The moment a Casinomeister Warning was mentioned, they suddenly claimed a new rep would handle things. But nothing changed. Just silence. Mystake is quick to take your money, but good luck getting any kind of support when you need it. Players should seriously avoid this place
 
It’s disgusting how common this is becoming. My brother had somethin' real similar happen, he self-excluded, then accidentally signed up again with a typo in his name and they just let it slide. No red flag, no block, nothin’. Took his money instantly but the second he tried to complain, support pulled a Houdini and vanished

What’s wild is how many sites still promote Mystake like it’s a trusted brand. All these paid blog reviews calling it “secure and reliable” while real players are getting ghosted, blocked, and ignored. I almost signed up last year because of some flashy crypto bonus. Decided to check a forum first — good thing I did. Honestly, they’re just another faceless Curacao site pumping out ads and dodging accountability. The longer they get away with this, the more people get hurt. Shameful that these kinds of casinos are even allowed to operate

Filed a complaint about locked winnings. They responded two weeks later with a generic message that didn’t even match my issue and then nothing. Stay the hell away from these clowns if you give even half a damn about your money
 
I was dumb enough to deposit $500 thinking I’d get their “200% crypto welcome bonus.” Spoiler alert: I didn’t even get the bonus, and when I asked, they said I used the wrong wallet address (??). Then they locked my account for “security review.” Still no refund, no reply, and it’s been 5 fkn weeks already.
about “compliance” or “internal review.” Don’t touch this site unless you’re cool with lighting your money on fire

What kills me is how polished their site looks. Clean design, crypto logos everywhere, all the right buzzwords — “provably fair,” “secure payouts,” “licensed.” Meanwhile, they’re out here letting someone gamble on 29 fake accounts. Like, how does no one step in and shut that down? It’s almost impressive how bold they are with the bullshit

Their live chat isn’t even real. I waited over an hour before someone finally responded, and then it was just copy-paste responses that didn’t address my issue. Eventually they stopped replying completely. I asked to close my account and they never did and just locked me. No confirmation, no refund. I had $74 left in there. Not a huge amount, but still theft is theft
 
Tried to verify my account, sent all the docs, they approved everything. Then I hit a win and tried to cash out, and suddenly they “couldn’t verify my selfie.” Funny how that only becomes a problem when it’s time to pay up
 
@fmorse thanks for this post. Was curious about them after seeing them listed on a few “top crypto casinos” lists. But seeing all this? Hell no. The gambling space is already risky — I’m not adding sites that actively ignore addiction and abuse to that list

CEG is honestly just a mailbox. They don’t enforce anything unless there’s public attention. Mystake knows this and takes full advantage. Self-exclusion means nothing if they don’t even track IPs or require real KYC before deposits. The fact that someone used [email protected] and it still went through? That’s not just negligence — that’s intentional. This industry needs actual regulation, not some placeholder license that protects operators and leaves players helpless. Until then, sites like Mystake will keep raking in crypto from people they’ve already banned. Appreciate this post, OP. More people need to speak up like this

Yeah, that’s exactly what pissed me off — they don’t care until it’s public. If casinomeister hadn’t stepped in, they’d still be ignoring it
