I’ve been getting emails for my PlayOjo account, but every time I try to log in, I’m hitting a wall. When I try to change my password to get access, it keeps saying my mobile number is incorrect! What the heck is going on?
How do I get past this and actually get into my account? It’s so frustrating! Please let me know if anyone has a solution!

I had this same issue a few months ago. Their system seems to store phone numbers with country codes, so if you enter it without +1 or +44 or whatever, it says it's wrong. Try it both ways — weird fix, but worked for me

yeah, I legit had to enter my phone number with the country code and no spaces. It was pretty weird tbh, but hey, it actually worked

Wait seriously? I didn’t even think to try the country code. I was just typing it normally. Gonna try that now and hope it works. Appreciate it!

Their mobile verification system is honestly a mess. When I had a similar issue, no matter how many times I entered my number correctly, it kept rejecting it. I ended up contacting their live chat, and even they admitted it was a “known bug.” They had to escalate it to their tech team, and it still took two full business days before they manually reset my account login. No apology, no bonus, nothing. Just “try now.” Honestly, for a casino handling real money, it’s pretty embarrassing

Same here, support was polite but sloooow. If the phone trick fails, just open a ticket ASAP
