Problem Payouts on Posh Casino

I had nearly the same thing happen — won €1,500 from a deposit and bonus, no wager required. Withdrawals were “processing” for 10 days, then they asked me for ID again, even though it had already been verified months before. Eventually, I posted on their social media, tagged them in a tweet with screenshots of all my unanswered emails, and miraculously got a reply the same day. Payout cleared within 48 hours after that. They act fast when there’s heat, otherwise they just hope you disappear quietly. Be loud, be annoying, and don’t let up. That’s the only way to get paid
Yeah, probably gonna have to go that route next time. I was way too patient this time around

I won €1,000 and went through the exact same circus. Took them over a week to even acknowledge my withdrawal. Support is either overloaded or just doesn’t give a damn. I’d suggest documenting everything right now

That’s their fallback excuse for literally everything “Suspicious activity”

They do this crap all the time. First it’s “we’re reviewing your docs,” then “we’re escalating to payments,” then back to “please wait patiently.” Rinse and repeat. The only reason I ever got my €800 was because I kept hitting them up daily in chat and email. And even then, I had to re-submit documents they’d already accepted. What’s wild is they never reject them — they just delay and delay until you either lose interest or give up. I always tell people now: if they say “processing,” assume it’s BS and start collecting receipts

Once you pass 5 days with no movement, assume they’re just stalling. They’ll only act once you start posting publicly or threaten complaints. That’s how I got my €900 after they ignored me for a full week

Exactly. It’s like they have an internal system that flags “too successful” players. I cashed out €3.2k last November and the second I did, I was locked out of live chat and my account started getting these weird login errors. Emailed support, no reply. Waited 5 days, then blasted them on every forum I could find. Boom — got a reply the next morning. Their excuse - “Technical issue.” Nah. They were just trying to freeze me out. Once they realized I wasn’t letting it go, the money showed up fast. But that’s not how a decent casino operates

@thomas10 honestly dude, you're being way too patient with them. I’ve had to deal with this exact thing — slow responses, no updates, and vague support replies that all say the same crap. Eventually I just went scorched earth. I made a full timeline of everything they said to me, dropped it on a couple major casino forums, and posted reviews on Trustpilot and Reddit. Didn’t even take 24 hours for them to suddenly “approve” my withdrawal. These sites move when they’re embarrassed. Quiet customers get ignored. They’ll stall you forever unless you become a problem for them
